⏰ RACE PACK COLLECTION INFO ⏰
The condition for collecting your race pack is that the Liability Waiver has been completed and accepted in the StafétApp by the team captain (after adding all team members).
For teams, the waiver is accepted by the team captain; for individual participants (209 km), Bike Tour participants, and cycling escorts, it is accepted by the participant.

Furthermore, for all participants of the NN Ultrabalaton (one person per team, including individual and Bike Tour participants), race packs can only be collected quickly and easily using the StafétApp race pack collection function. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, make sure to do so! ☺️
For teams, any team member can collect the race pack, but please note that team race packs are only handed out as a complete set.
For individual participants, if someone else collects the race pack on their behalf, the participant’s StafétApp race pack collection QR code will be required.
- Race kit pick-up is available under “Registrations” → select your team → “Documents” section
- If the Liability Waiver is not accepted, race kit pick-up will not be possible
As you may have already seen in the schedule, similarly to last year, there will be no race pack distribution in Budapest. Collection is only possible between April 23–25 at the Race Center in Balatonfüred, at the following times: 👇

👉 Friday – 06:00–20:00 (April 24, Annagora Race Center)
👉 Saturday – 00:00–22:30 (April 25, Annagora Race Center, Bike Tour participants until 08:30)
IMPORTANT! 👇
❗️ A deposit of HUF 5,000 is required for the timing chips. Please arrive with the exact amount to help ensure a smooth and fast collection process.
The deposit will be refunded after finishing upon returning the chip. Teams also have the opportunity to donate their chip deposit to the BioTechUSA Charity Program of the NN Ultrabalaton, supporting the three selected healthcare institutions or hospital departments.
Unreturned chips at the finish area can be refunded between April 29 and May 8 at our Budapest race office.
