Dear Cycling Tour Participants,
Please read the following information carefully!
⌚ Timing
There is no official timing for the cycling tour. If you take our advice, don’t focus on finishing fast—enjoy the beauty of the route and the atmosphere of the event instead. However, please note that the finish area closes at 22:00 on Sunday!
👐 Opening Ceremony
The official opening of the weekend takes place on April 24 at 19:00. Your presence will help make the event even more special!
🚲 Safety Equipment
Wearing a helmet is MANDATORY throughout the entire tour! After sunset, using both front and rear lights on your bike is also mandatory.
ℹ Start Zone for Cyclists
The mass start of the cycling tour on Saturday will take place from the ANNAGORA race center, where a dedicated старт zone will be set up for you.
We will also welcome you here at the finish!
🚗 Transport & Parking near the Race Center
NEW this year: a parking area of over 20,000 m² just 700 meters from the center! 🤩
Please note that there will be no parking at the Annagora race center this year. Instead, a significantly larger and more convenient parking area will be available nearby.
(The Spar parking lot will also be unavailable due to renovation.)
We kindly ask you not to leave unused vehicles in the central parking area over the weekend—please leave them at your accommodation.
🔢 Race Number & Wristband
Wearing your race number is mandatory—it also includes the emergency phone number.
🏁 Start
Cyclists accompanying teams may start alongside them at different times than the official cycling tour start. You can also enter the старт zone for a shared старт photo.
Official старт time:
April 25, 2026, at 9:00 from the cycling tour старт zone.
You may старт at different times as well, but please note:
Refreshment point opening times are aligned with the 9:00 start and a 20 km/h average pace. If you arrive earlier, the stations may not yet be open.
❗ IMPORTANT ❗
For safety reasons, your cycling escort must ride either in front of you or behind you—never alongside you. This rule is strictly enforced, and violations will result in immediate disqualification.
📱 Mobile App
We recommend bringing a mobile phone and downloading the StafétApp, as cycling tour participants also use it for race kit pickup.
🚾 Toilets
Mobile toilets will be available at each station and cleaned twice during the event.
Please dispose of waste only in designated bins—not in the toilets, as it may cause blockages.
You may also hand over waste to staff at refreshment points.

Refreshments are available only at the following 8 stations, aligned with the 9:00 старт and 20 km/h pace:
19.4 km – Zánka Erzsébet Camp
51.8 km – Szigliget
73 km – Keszthely
97.7 km – Balatonfenyves
125.4 km – Balatonszemes
151.9 km – Siófok (University of Debrecen)
175.7 km – Balatonkenese
196.5 km – Alsóörs
Cycling refreshment points will be marked with large bike-themed installations for easy identification.
🏃🚗 Car Support
Pacing or accompanying participants by car is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Violations will result in immediate disqualification.
🅿️ Parking for Support Cars
Please note that some exchange points may have limited parking availability.
🌙 Night Sections
After sunset, proper front and rear bike lights are mandatory. This may be checked at random points—without proper lighting, you will not be allowed to continue.
🏅 Medals
Medals for cycling tour participants will be handed out only upon presentation of your race number at the finish.
📷 Free Photos
Smile at the finish line! Photos will be taken and can be downloaded for free from the NN Insurance website after the event.
You may also encounter Futófotó photographers along the route.
Please note that due to high demand, we cannot guarantee photos for everyone.
🏆 Closing Ceremony
Results announcements will take place on Sunday at 15:30 and 18:00—we warmly invite you to join!
