The professional partner of the McDonald’s BRINGAMÁNIA ULTRABALATON Bike Tour is Kellys:
Kellys Bicycles, a manufacturer of bicycles and accessories, was founded in 1991. The Slovak brand operates with its own design and development team and currently serves the markets of 35 countries. In addition to traditional bicycles, Kellys is also actively developing in the eBike segment, manufacturing its pedelec bicycles in the EU. RACE PACK PICKUP:
The condition for collecting your race pack is the completed liability waiver!
You can pick up your race pack at our office in Budapest at 1134 Budapest, Tüzér utca 9-11, or in Balatonfüred at the race center on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before the start times.

AWARDS:
Every finisher will receive a unique finisher medal.

REGISTRATION:
The registration platform for the McDonald’s BringaMánia Ultrabalaton Bike Tour opens on September 19, 2024, at 19:19!
Creating a Personal Profile is essential for registration, which can be set up by clicking HERE.
Your data can be modified at any time. Please ensure that your name is saved according to Hungarian rules, meaning LAST NAME first, FIRST NAME last. This is significant for registrations done via Gmail.

In case of personal cash payments, individual participants can choose one gift item from previous years while supplies last! (Please note that we cannot provide a full size assortment for gift t-shirts, and last year’s headlamps and soft cups are also available in limited quantities. Therefore, we can only guarantee this promotion while stock lasts. Thank you for your understanding!)

ATTENTION!
We are unable to accept postal checks.
If the registration fee is initiated via postal check, the bank will immediately return it.
The registration fee must be transferred in one lump sum.
Invoices can only be issued to the name and address provided during registration; we cannot break down invoices.
Separately received fees will be refunded to the sender after deducting bank charges!

TIMING AND TIME LIMIT
There is no time limit for the McDonald’s Bike Mania Ultrabalaton Bike Tour, but the finish area will be closed by the Organizer at 11:00 PM on April 27, 2025 (Sunday).

START TIMES
You can start on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM. If you wish, you can start earlier, but please note that the opening of the 8 refreshment points is calculated for the 9:00 AM start and a pace of 20 km/h!

IMPORTANT!
The accompanying cyclists can start at the same time as the team they are supporting, unlike the bike start.

ROUTE
The race follows a safe 211-kilometer bike path.

REFRESHMENTS
We will provide 8 refreshment points during the race for you to replenish lost fluids and calories.

At the refreshment points, you can expect the following:

• Theodora mineral water
• BioTechUSA isotonic sports drink
• Bananas
• Glucose
• Salty sticks
• Raisins

Remember, the opening of the refreshment points is calculated for the 9:00 AM start and a pace of 20 km/h. If you start earlier and arrive at the points before they open, we will not be able to provide refreshments for you!

• 53 km: Szigliget
• 73.8 km: Keszthely
• 98.2 km: Balatonfenyves
• 126.2 km: Balatonszemes
• 150.2 km: Siófok West
• 177.3 km: Balatonkenese
• 197.8 km: Alsóörs

GYERMELYI PASTA PARTY ON FRIDAY
It’s worth arriving early at the competition center on Friday because from 4:00 PM, we will host the first 5,000 attendees at the Gyermelyi Pasta Party. To participate in the pasta party, you must wear the wristband given out as part of the race package.

#BIKEGREEN
In 2025, the race will once again be organized with an environmentally friendly approach. There will be no disposable plastic cups at the refreshment points; instead, you can refill your drinks in your own cup, soft cup, or bottle, or in the NN UB soft cup available for rent at the competition center.

FINISH AREA OPENING HOURS
April 26, 2025, 4:00 PM – April 27, 2025, 11:00 PM.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
A medical team will accompany the participants, equipped with ambulances and motorbikes. The contact number will be printed on your bib number. We kindly ask all participants to look out for fellow runners in need of assistance during the race. If the medical team deems a participant unfit to continue, they may remove the runner’s bib number and disqualify them from the race.

AWARD CEREMONY
As per tradition, the award ceremony will be held on Sunday after all teams have arrived at the finish. Prizes will only be awarded during the ceremony. We ask podium finishers to honor the event and their competitors by attending the ceremony promptly. Awards will not be given or mailed later to those who miss the ceremony.

PHOTOS
Photos taken at the start and finish will be available for free download after the race. Due to the high number of participants, we cannot guarantee a photo of every participant, so it might be helpful to have a keen photographer among your supporters!

Along the course, professional photographers from Futófotó will capture your moments, and these images will be searchable and buyable by bib number on futofoto.hu!

OUR RUNNING/BIKING ETHIC
During the NN Ultrabalaton, we are guests of Lake Balaton. We would like to return the lake and its surroundings in at least as clean a state as we found them, but we need your cooperation to achieve this! The local communities warmly welcome us each year. Our race is known for its good atmosphere, but we ask you to respect the peace of the residents along the route and those who are not participating in the race!

Help fellow runners in trouble, even if it means you lose time.

We are runners. We do not distinguish ourselves by skin color, religion, gender, or age. It doesn’t matter where we come from or how fast we go. What unites us is our love for sport and the mutual respect we have for each other and the distance.

The helpers at the stations will cheer you on and assist you to the best of their ability.

True, this is a race, but please keep the rules of fair play in mind at all times! Win or lose, do so cleanly and with your head held high, following both the written and unwritten rules! Do it not for others, but for yourself. This will make the experience unforgettable and will make you an inseparable part of what we call the NN ULTRABALATON.
